“Joy” Goes to the Oscars

Los Angeles, March 4, 2010 – BMW of North America shared the spotlight with other celebrated names during Oscar week thanks to Matlock Advertising and Public Relations and Uptown Magazine. As part of its new 2010 “JOY” campaign, BMW sponsored a special event honoring the talent behind the Oscar award-winning film Precious and hosted an exclusive golf clinic for potential BMW owners taught by golf pros.

“We are honored to sponsor these events in recognition of the outstanding contributions African Americans have made to Hollywood,” said Jack Pitney, VP Marketing, BMW of North America.
